MR. MOHAMMAD SHAHADAT HOSSAIN, ITP, CMILT, Certified International Forwarder (CIF) is the CEO of TOTAL Logistics Limited since 2023.
He is a Chartered member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, UK. He is well conversant about Clearing & Forwarding & Freight Forwarding procedure, import & Export policy & Rules and Regulations of National Board of Revenue (NBR). Before associate with TLL he worked in SICHO group as a Deputy General Manager , Finance ,Business Development and Company secretary since 2017. SICHO Group is first Logistics company in Bangladesh last 52 years & successfully handled super ODC mobilization of 409 Ton Gas Turbine (GT) for BIBIYANA 400 MW CC Power Plant Project with its in-house equipment’s (Barges, 600 Ton Demag Crane, 300 Ton Demag Crane, (Goldhofer Multimodal Axles) and team of expertise. SICHO Group has also solid experience for such jobs has been efficiently displayed in the execution of the first ever biggest project of Padma Multipurpose Bridge, Dhaka Elevated Express PPT project (First ever biggest) & Karnaphully River Tunnel (Chittagong), of Bangladesh. He is also sub-committee member of Bangladesh Freight Forwarding Association (BAFFA) under Internal Audit.
Before Join with SICHO Group he also worked with worldwide Logistics & international freight forwarding MNC Company DHL Global Forwarding Bangladesh Ltd (Deutsche Post DHL) as a Manager, (FICO) & Company Secretarial about 8 years. During his employment period he got Employee of Year 2011(EOY) award from DHL Singapore Regional Management in 2012, also got Competition with NAP & SAP DHL Countries gets First Position for Accounts Receivables and Bad Debt Target Achievement Award from DHL Regional Management for 2010; for 2011 also in 2nd Position. He also got Special AWARD from DHL Management in 2013. As a Credit control transformation lead from Bangladesh, he trained to HP India in Sri Lanka on credit control process and issued certificate to them. He also supported to set up business in Myanmar for DHL Global Forwarding (Myanmar).He involved in numerous projects including company merger and reorganization. He has hands on experience on ISO and Six sigma green belt. From he had implemented 3pL warehouse for renowned customer such as Dell, Lenovo, Ericsson , GE, Philips , Nestle & P&G . Especially arranged IOR/EOR services Dell & Lenovo.
He is Professional Income Tax Lawyer from National Board of Revenue of Bangladesh and he is also regular member of Dhaka Taxes Bar Association, Bangladesh & Bangladesh Company Law Practitioners Society. Besides, he is Partly qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) as well as he had duty completed Chartered Accountancy course from the renowned Chartered Accountancy Firm under The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He holds Master degree & Hon’s Graduation in B.Com from National University of Bangladesh. Also he completed LLB, he is very much expert on Contract Management .
